J2 plays classic rock and R&B including Annie Lennox, Elton John, David Bowie, Jefferson Airplane, Bonnie Raitt, The Beatles, The Eagles, Bob Marley, Led Zeppelin, The Moody Blues, Frank Zappa, Pink Floyd, The Rolling Stones, Crosby Stills Nash & Young, Wilson Pickett, Alan Parsons Project, Rare Earth, Sam & Dave, and much, much more.

Because we play a mix of acoustic and ProTools tracks, our sound is much more rich and complex than you’d expect from a duo.  

J2 is led by Jim Morris, audio engineer and guitarist extraordinaire and co-founder of legendary Morrisound Recording in Tampa. He has platinum albums on his walls from greats like Trans Siberian Orchestra and Iced Earth, and has played with everyone from Charlie Daniels to Don Henley of the Eagles.  

Jim’s musical partner is Jennifer Frazier of JGLB, Traveling Wannabees and BOOM fame.

Together, J2 always delivers a concert quality show and has a large and loyal base.  We’re completely self-sufficient and bring all of our own equipment and lighting. All we need is a power source and an audience!
